marc-1-retouch.gifMarc-Antoine d’Halluin’s executive career in the TV industry began at Sony Pictures in 1995 where he held the position of Manager and then Director within the corporate development group.

In late 1997 d’Halluin joined Fox Kids France where he was appointed Managing Director, prior to the launch of the channel.

In November 1999, he joined the Board of Management of Fox Kids Europe where he held the position of Group Managing Director supervising the Channel Division. Fox Kids Europe (later Jetix Europe) was listed on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange in January 2000 and was sold to the Walt Disney Company in October 2001.

In mid-2003 d'Halluin partnered with Private Equity Funds Baker Capital and Nordic Capital to acquire Canal+ Nordic from Vivendi. D'Halluin became CEO of the company - later renamed C More Entertainment. Following extensive restructuring and renewed growth, C More Entertainment was sold to SBS Broadcasting in March 2005 at a substantial premium on its acquisition price.

D’Halluin is now the President & Chief Executive Officer of Showtime Arabia and is based in Dubai, UAE.  Showtime Arabia is a leading DTH platform targeting the Middle East and North Africa region, owned 80% by KIPCO (a Kuwaiti investment company) and 20% by Viacom.

D’Halluin graduated from Harvard Business School in 1994.
